The Wheel of the Year - Autumn - Releasing & Remembering

join us in an evening of quiet reflection and embodied release – a journey through mind, body and spirit inspired by the ancient rhythms of Celtic mythology and spirituality.
Rooted in THE WHEEL OF THE YEAR , a symbolic Calendar used in many pagan, Wiccan and nature-based spiritual traditions , this workshop guides us into the process of letting go of.
We will begin with gentle conversation and reflection, exploring what yoga philosophy and goddess traditions teach about letting go and remembering. Together, we will look through the lens of the autumn archetype a time of surrender and wisdom.
( approx. 30 min )

Buy candlelight, we move through a fluid yin practice ….breath and body softening into stillness. Each posture becomes an offering, a way to release what no longer serves and remember what sustains ( Approx. 75 minutes)

We will conclude with a guided savasana meditation, inviting connection with the archetype of the great mother. This will be followed by a silent tea ceremony and the opportunity to reflect through journal prompts. ( Approx. 40 minutes)

Sound baths are a form of Vibrational therapy. A deeply immersive full body experience using different instruments, tones, and frequencies to benefit the listener. Participants need only to get comfortable, close their eyes, relax and receive. Sound Bath will be followed by gentle breath work and a short seated meditation.
